Clams in the Thermomix 

Tralnslated Recipe for Clams in the Thermomix

ingredients
750g small clams, soak in salt water (1 Tbsp salt for 2 cups of water)

Ingredients A:
70 g extra virgin olive oil
100g onion, cut in half
30g garlic cloves

Ingredients B:
1 cup breadcrumbs
100g white wine
100g water
50g lemon juice
1 tsp salt to season
+
5 sprigs of parsley leaves, chopped.

Preparation:
!) Wash the clams and let soak in salted water for 30 minutes, to de-grit and clean clams. Drain in the basket and set aside.

2) Place the cup olive oil, onion, garlic cloves to saute
    7 min / V / speed 2

3) Add ingredients B, and clams, sprinkle with parsley, cook
    15 min / V / Speed 2.

Cook till all the clams had opened, extend the cooking time for 2 minutes for further adjustment.
Transfer the clams into a serving bowl. Drizzle sauce over the clams. Serve immediately.
